How do I book Glow Worm for my wedding?

Booking is easy! Choose the collection that best fits your needs, then secure your date with a signed contract and a R5,000 retainer. Dates are only reserved once both are received.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! We’re based in Johannesburg but travel nationwide and beyond.
• Weddings: 200 km round trip included
• Engagements: 60 km round trip included
Thereafter, travel is billed at R5/km.

Will you need accommodation?

Yes — if your venue is far or ends late, we may need overnight accommodation, which is kindly covered by the client.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as you have your date and venue confirmed. Engagement sessions should be booked 6 months before the wedding, so we have time to plan and capture your love story beautifully.

What’s your payment schedule?

A R5,000 deposit and signed contract secure your date.
The remaining balance is due the week of your wedding.

When will we receive our photos and video?

• Wedding photos: Delivered within 60–90 working days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• Engagement photos: Ready in 4–6 weeks.
• Videos: Timelines vary slightly depending on package — you’ll receive a highlight film and any extras like full speeches.

What if we’re booking photo and video?

Amazing! For combo collections, you’ll receive one photographer and one videographer, ensuring seamless coverage without overcrowding your special day.

Can we reschedule or cancel?

Rescheduling is possible depending on availability. The retainer is non-refundable, but we always aim to help where we can. Reach out early and we’ll work through it together.

Can you help us plan our timeline?

Absolutely! Around 4 weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a detailed consultation to walk through your day, finalize your timeline, family photo list, and everything else that matters.

Can we customise a package?

Yes! You can add extra hours, albums, engagement sessions, and more. Just chat with us — we’re here to make this experience uniquely yours.

Do you back up our memories?

Yes — you get lifetime cloud backups of all your digital files. Your moments are safe, always.
